We have created a series of classes for those of you who can only afford 20 minutes of exercise at this stage. We suggest alternating between these three classes (classes 043, 044 and 045). This class will focus on core and upper body strength and control.

    I really enjoyed the concentration on the upper body. I found the side-laying lift exercise to be strangely challenging, especially on my right side! As per usual, the 'closer look' clips really helped improve my form. Thank you!
