This is based on the reformer series where we sit right up to the shoulder blocks for feedback on hip placement.  Here we use the wall and so can get a full spinal connection us using the wall as feedback.  If you are stiff it is a great way to open the spine and shoulders, if you are flexible it highlights if you miss a few spots.  I love it!
