In this class we use the hand weights to help us feel how it affects the movement and how we use our core to support movement. At the end of the class there is a short sequence that is great for releasing tension from the wrists and forearms. You can do the whole class without the weights… but it will feel good to use them so grab 2 bottles of water (0.5 liter) and see how it feels :-)
