Breathing is an integral part of any Pilates class. In this flowing and rejuvenating sequence Amit has chosen exercises he can use to help you learn the skill of “breathing into your back” rather than into the abdomen (as in normal diaphragmatic breathing) and he will talk you through it and explain how to achieve this goal step by step.
