A short class that offers the opportunity to spend time on hands and knees- a great position to strengthen the arm, shoulder and shoulder blade muscles. The exercises in this class help the mobility of the spine, enabling you to move easily and articulate the vertebrae instead of moving them in big “chunks”. You might find the third exercise a bit challenging at first but with some practice your balance will improve and you will start enjoying it more.
