10 minutes

Even with busy schedules most of us can usually find a spare 10 minutes here and there and wish we could have a short workout we could use in these short intervals. Our 10 minutes classes have been created exactly for this purpose. We offer classes you can do first thing in the morning, in the office, after a jog or when you want to release some tension from the neck and shoulder area at the end of a long day. We will keep adding classes to this section so please feel free to email us some suggestions - we will be happy to create new classes for your needs.
