Our 20 minutes classes are here to help you utilise short periods of time during the day to fit exercise into your life. Use these classes before you go to work, before the children come back from school, before you go to bed or whenever you can find an interval in you busy schedule - 20 minutes can really make you feel SO much better. These classes are offered at all levels and in different paces and intensities. They are guaranteed to make you feel stronger, more flexible, refreshed and better for taking the time and making the effort to exercise.
