30 minutes may seem like a short time but you will be surprised what you can achieve in just half an hour. In this time you can workout the whole body or focus more intensely on a particular body part. Some of these classes go through a comprehensive repertoire in a rhythmic and flowing way and others even go through a full Pilates Mat Classical repertoire, making it super challenging and satisfying.
