  • How can I watch the videos? (TV, Laptop, Smartphone or tablet, game consoles)

    There are many ways for you to access our classes:

    Simply find the class you want, press play and start exercising. Our classes are HD so you can watch the class on a full screen for better viewing.

    Many TVs allow a direct connection to your laptop. You'll need an HDMI or VGA cable to connect your laptop to the TV – it is very straight forward and you’ll get to see the videos in all their glory on the big screen.


    You can watch instantly via your PS3, Wii, Xbox 360 or any other device that connects and streams online. All you need to do is to make sure the device can access the internet and is connected to your TV. Then visit our site and log in as normal.

    You can also watch on your iPad or iPhone, as well as your Android or Windows phone or tablet. Just visit our site on your device’s internet browser and log into your PilatesOD account.

  • How do I report an inappropriate comment about a video?

    Thanks for being attentive! Please report it to us using the ‘contact us’ page and we’ll investigate and take action as appropriate.

  • How can I redeem a promotional code or a gift voucher?

    Redeeming a promotional code or a gift voucher is simple. When you click to register as a new member you’ll notice on the registration page that there’s a special box for you to insert your code. When you click ‘continue’ you’ll see your promotional or gift package and you’ll be able to select it.

    • Your gift subscription will start as soon as you complete your payment details with our trusted payment partner Paypoint.
    • Your card will not be charged until the end of your gift subscription period.
    • At the end of your gift period you will be reminded that your free period is coming to an end. You can then choose to cancel (without a fee) or do nothing to continue enjoying PilatesOD according to your existing package.
  • How can I buy a Gift Voucher?

    Visit the ‘Buy a gift voucher’ page, select the type of gift voucher you want, register and complete the payment – easy! Then you will receive a receipt email as well as an email with all the details of your voucher so you can print or forward it to your friend or family member.

  • What is an agent?

    Our agent program is an opportunity to turn your love for Pilates into cash. As an agent you will get a commission for every member you bring to the site. Have a look at our ‘Become an agent’ page for full details.

  • How do I become an agent?

    All you need to do is to email Maya, our chief agent. Tell her a bit about you, where you are from and why you want to become an agent, and she will do her best to get you up and running before you can say Joseph Pilates!

  • How do I access my account section?

    Once you’re logged in as a member you can access your account section by clicking on ‘My PilatesOD’ which is at the top right of all pages or you can click on the PilatesOD logo (top right on all pages across the site).

  • What is the ‘My PilatesOD’ section?

    Essentially this is your personalised member area where you’ll see what’s new on the site, find all your favourite classes, recent classes, new classes and your account details (which you can edit at any time). We created the ‘My PilatesOD’ section to make it easy for you to use the site and help you with your exercise.

  • I forgot my password what do I do?

    Go to the Log-in section and click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link and follow the instructions to recover your password in seconds. If you still have password related issues or questions please contact us via the ‘contact us’ page.

  • How do I change my password?

    Once logged in as a member, you can change your password by visiting the ‘My PilatesOD’ page where you can edit your account details as well as change your password.
