Basic

The Basic level classes are a great way to start consolidating your Pilates experience as well as re-visiting all the fundamentals. If you are of a higher level of practice the basic classes are an opportunity to enjoy a less demanding class. Once you have completed the classes in the Complete Beginner area and feel that you are familiar and confident with the exercises you will be in a great place to enjoy the flow and variations offered in the Basic level classes. You can also explore different methods offered by different teachers and see what combination works best for you.
