Holly Murray

A little bit about Holly...

Holly fell in love with Pilates whilst sailing around the world.  It was in Seattle in 1999 she met Romana Kryzanowska and was inspired to become a Pilates instructor.
 
In 2003 Holly returned to London and opened one of the first classical studios in the UK. Often working upstream Holly has remained true to the classical method working hard to keep the ideal and integrity of Joseph Pilates and Romana Kryzanowska alive.
 
In 2009 Holly partnered with Power Pilates in NYC to become their UK representative brining the first truly classical and internationally recognised training program to the UK.
 
Holly has fought hard against the whims of the fitness industry and stayed true to her belief in the healing process of the classical methods to re-educate the body to remind it of the care-free movement of youth.
 
Her studio is now recognised as the home of Power Pilates and the classical method here in the UK. She has shaped and honed many celebrities, is recommended London wide by Physiotherapists and Osteopaths and has a deep knowledge and love of Pilates. It has been the best journey and continues to surprise and excite each day.
